I created an adjustable and mobile IV support system in response to the current issues experienced by healthcare workers and patients, namely relating to its top-heavy instability and tripping hazards. My solution utilises a multipurpose clamping system for secure attachment to various surfaces and frames for a quick and easy "dock 'n' lock" IV pole, promoting mobile flexibility and accessibility for the patient. Its detachability offers compact storage, and additional components allow for IV tube management, a nurse alert system, and improved stability.

Additionally, I designed a neck cushion with an integrated IV bag holder, targeting long-stay patients who typically only have one IV line. This discreet design disguises the IV bag while offering user comfort, eliminating current issues related to space efficiency and tripping hazards. Overall, both solutions address the daily challenges encountered in IV equipment setup and usage, providing stable, intuitive, streamlined solutions to ensure ease of use.
